Resource 23 provides development services in a number of sectors, working primarily in developing nations. R23 has specific focus in Project Management, SME Development and M&E activities. R23's director is currently assisting the Indonesian Australian Partnership through it's Basic Education Program (BEP)(www.bep.or.id/access)
As part of its SME focus, it's tourism unit,Tourism 23 specialises in Tourism Development, Policy and Marketing Strategies. T23's core goal is to assist in building local community and tourism authority capacity to develop and implement policies which promote sustainable entreprise with appropriate levels of local participation and leadership.
